Bradley Robin


Bradley Robin composes and conducts in a multitude of styles for ensembles ranging from jazz band to contemporary chamber groups and orchestra. Compositions have also included a computer component designed to manipulate and augment acoustic, vocal, or environmental sounds.

As a pianist and sound artist, he composes and performs music for dance, theatre, film, and multimedia performance art.  Pieces have been recently performed at the International Computer Music Festival (ICMC), New York Electroacoustic Music Festival (NYCEMF), Ecos Urbanos , Mexico City, as well as various festivals throughout the United States. Currently, Brad continues to produce and perform Becoming, an electroacoustic multimedia solo opera for live piano, voice, live and video dance, and immersive sound and video.

He holds a doctorate in composition from the University of North Texas, and master’s degrees in composition and sound art from DePaul and Northwestern Universities, respectively.  He currently teaches at DePaul University in Chicago.
